St. John Fisher University Group Visit Expectations and Guidelines
St. John Fisher University Campus Tours
Tours are given by Fisher students. We request visitors to wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. The tour involves approximately 75 minutes of walking outside and in-between buildings as well as up and down stairs. The tour route can be modified with advanced notice. To assist in providing the best campus tour possible, we require groups to bring at least one chaperone for every ten students in their group.

2. Secure parental consent for the students to attend.
3. Confirm the number of students and chaperones in your group at least two days in advance of the visit. (We may need to change room locations or modify the number of tour guides based on the number of students attending.)
4. Prepare students for a meaningful experience by providing questions they can ask Fisher representatives.
5. Encourage students to wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
6. If you will be taking a bus, please obtain the cell phone number of the driver before arriving on campus. (There may be an unexpected change in your departure location.)
7. If the visit must be canceled, we request the courtesy of 48 hours of advanced notice.
