St. John Fisher University Tuition Exchange (TE) Internal Application

    For students entering college in Fall 2024
    This information will be used by the TE Liaison to complete certifications for the student.

    Employee must read and sign. I understand/agree to the following:

    This is a competitive scholarship process. Certification by St. John Fisher University does not guarantee the student will receive the Tuition Exchange Program scholarship at one of the tuition exchange colleges or universities.

    All information provided on this form is accurate. I am a full-time employee at St. John Fisher University and the student named on this form is planning to attend college full-time. Should my full-time status change at any time, I will immediately notify the TE liaison.

    The student listed on this form will be a dependent on my 2023 federal tax form. I will provide a copy of this tax form to the Human Resources Office no later than May 1, 2024. (This will be required annually.)

    I will notify the Tuition Exchange Liaison at St. John Fisher University where my child is planning to attend college no later than May 1, 2024. Likewise, if my child withdraws from the college at any time, I will immediately notify the TE Liaison.

    St. John Fisher University limits a student's tuition exchange certification to a maximum of eight semesters of full-time undergraduate coursework.
